Second Hand, active from 1967-1971, were pioneers of the UK's progressive rock and psychedelia movement. Originally known as the Next Collection and then Moving Finger, they adopted their final name, inspired by their second-hand instruments. Led by Ken Elliott, the band released the ahead-of-its-time Reality with Polydor and the iconic Death May Be Your Santa Claus with Mushroom Records, also appearing in a film of the same name.
